CakeLine Whipping Cream
CakeLine Whipping Cream is a great helper to pastry masters for decor and ganache with pure white color, perfect taste and texture. Product can be kept in a cool and dry place protected from sun for 18 months. After it is opened it is recommended to refrigerate the product and consume within 3 days.
Application: Whip 1 kg Whipping Cream mix with 1-1,5 liters of water for 5-6 minutes at high speed. To keep in the freezer for 15-20 minutes before use is recommended.
