CakeLine Custard Cream is a great helper to pastry masters for desserts, fruit pies and other bakery products to use in between cake with easy and standard use. Product can be kept in a cool and dry place protected from sun for 18 months, always keeps its flavor and structure like first day.
Application: Whip 1000 gr Custard Cream with 2,5 liters of water. To keep in the freezer for 15-20 minutes before use is recommended.
