CakeLine Cold Glaze Chocolate is a great helper to pastry masters to do the final touches before presentation of art works with wide variety of products and easy to use and keeps the fruits live and fresh for a long time. Intended to support our chefs in their presentations; can be easily spread on the cake, it adds flavor and appearance. Product can be kept in a cool and dry place protected from sun for 18 months, always keeps its flavor and structure like first day.
Application: Place a desired amount of glaze inside a container and soften with gentle stirring. Add in between 5-10% of water as desired. Pour on or apply by brush or spatula.
